Mental Health and Well-Being: For Parents

In efforts to create a healthy environment for our students, Maxfort’s Mental Health and Well-Being program helps parents regulate stress, amplify their parenting style and skills, and create a healthy, nurturing environment for their kids.

Methods and Activities for Parents:

Workshops & Seminars

Empowering parents to tackle stress and transform everyday challenges into positive solutions through dynamic sessions and interactive workshops.

Wellness Programs

Focusing on the physical and mental well-being of parents, yoga, fitness, and nutrition classes are provided.

Social & Recreational Activities

Events such as family fun days, parent socials, and book clubs help build a community of support and friendship among parents.

Counseling Services

On-site counselors and therapists are available to offer mental health support tailored to parents' needs.

Educational Resources

We provide access to a library of books, articles, and videos on parenting and mental health, along with online resources for easy access to helpful information.

Regular Communication

We keep parents informed about school activities and available mental health resources through newsletters and emails, while also offering feedback mechanisms to understand their needs better.

Parenting Programs

Evidence-based programs focus on positive parenting and stress management, giving parents the skills to better handle challenges and support their child's mental health.

Our programs for parents aim to ensure their well-being, which directly impacts their ability to nurture their children and contribute positively to the school community.
